Our Santa Yule Log is going to be a great addition to you Christmas dinner table.  Filled with a white chocolate orange mousse with bits of maraschino cherry and orange peel.  The middle features a chocolate sponge with a cherry jam and the bottom a soft rum nougat type bottom with orange and slivered almonds.  Finally coated with a red glaze and chocolate marzipan belt, buckle, buttons and sides.  HO HO HO !!
