Our St. Honore cake has two layers of our handcrafted choux pastry,  one layer of our genoise sponge soaked in our rum syrup,  2 layers of our vanilla custard ( made in house ).  Masked with fresh whip cream and roasted almonds, chocolate dipped small puffs around the top. A real favorite.
