Genoise sponge soaked in our rum syrup.  One layer of chocolate custard, one layer of vanilla custard, and one layer of fresh whip cream and fresh seasonal fruits and berries.  Finished with fresh whip cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh strawberries on top.
