My addiction to baking started bread. I believe that it all starts with good quality ingredients, and the most important ingredient is ...Love.
I remeber working my father Francesco following the exact recipe for a certain bread and his came perfect and mine didn't. I will always remeber the words he told me when I asked why we had different results...... You have to put love in it. That really upset me but i realize now the truth behind it.
